    Boil the Pasta

    I decided to add some frozen veggies, so I cooked them with some onions and mixed it with the carbonara sauce

    Carbonara Sauce:

    1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

    4 eggs



    Bacon bits


    Cook the bacon in small pieces and cook until golden brown. Beat the eggs really well and add the grated cheese, a pinch of salt and pepper and continue stirring. Add a few tbsp of cream if you want to reach a desired consistency. Add the cooked bacon to this mixture

    Mix the pasta with your home made carbonara sauce and serve immediately!

    2. Beula!! I am so touched that you thought of me while cooking 🙂 and you are right, Carbonara is one of my favorites and always a favorite at 84 East!I will definitely try this recipe because I have never tried making Carbonara…Thanks for providing me with a reason to do so! 🙂
