So there are two banana recipes on here, and they are Kingsley’s, well here is a banana recipe from me! As always we had some left over bananas and when I got to eat this a week ago, I knew I was going to make this soon and share it with ya’ll. This is just perfect for a quick evening snack, give it a shot and I am sure you will enjoy this as much as we did….
- 1 2/3 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 tablespoons confectioners’ sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 3 bananas, mashed
Get your dry ingredients together. In a bowl beat the egg and add the mashed bananas. To it add the milk and the dry ingredients and mix everything well together. You need to get a thick batter. If its thin, add some flour to thicken it, if it’s too thick, add some milk. Make sure you have a thick batter.
Heat oil in your pan, and when its nice and hot – spoon out the batter into the hot oil. It will start browning and it will get soft and puffy. Drain this on absorbent paper.
