Spinach Pakora

The first time I ate a Spinach Pakora, it was in the States. Not sure where it originated in India, but it was a nice appetizer to eat. I made this for Kingsley since he hadn’t eaten this as well. It is really easy to make AND it’s different than a regular Indian Pakora. For those who are wondering what a pakora is: This is a fried snack made across Asia. It is made by dipping 1 or 2 ingredients (onions, potato, spinach, cauliflower, chilli) in gram flour and deep-frying them
