Puttu ~ A South Indian Breakfast

Indian breakfasts are really fascinating. There are SO many varieties to choose from for an Indian breakfast. When you tell a typical Indian you are eating cereal or oats or bread for breakfast, they will think that either your wife has no idea how to make Indian food or that you are lazy. I grew up eating puttu because my gramma made it for breakfast. My mom made this at home too. They have a cylindrical puttu making machine too. I currently don’t have it, so I made it the other way it is made as well
