- Mix the rice flour and salt in a bowl
- Slowly add water to make a dough
- Roll out small dough balls and set aside
- Boil 2 cups of water and once it comes to a boil, add the kolukattais and cook for 15mins
- To check if the ball is cooked through, press the dough ball and if its not cooked, it will be still doughy
- Once the kolukattais are cooked, add the jaggery into the pot
- It should start to disintegrate and thicken the liquid
- Give this 5 mins and add the coconut milk, grated coconut and cardamom
- Let it rest for a few minutes and serve!
