Fried Fish

Fried Fish = YUMNESS! Over the weekend, K went around to do some man chores a.k.a car stuff and ended up going to the fish market along the way and brought home 2 kgs of fish. So I divided it up and made some curry… he challenged me to make the best curry to beat some NZ cooks and his mum and guess what …. I won :)! I marinated the fish in the spices for a few hours in the fridge. Basic must have indian spices were used, so if you love fish and have the spices, you have got to make it!
