Summary

    Ingredients

    1 large , Potato : diced in small pieces
    2 cups Frozen veggies : , I used green beans , carrots , corn
    1 large Onion : chopped
    1 1/2 cups Tomato : Chopped
    2 Green chillies : chopped fine
    1 tsp Ginger Paste :
    1 tsp Garlic Paste :
    1 tsp Cumin seeds :
    1 tsp Fennel seeds :
    1/2 tsp Turmeric powder :
    1/2 or 1 tsp Chilli powder : (depending on spice taste)
    2 tbsps Pav Bhaji Masala :
    to taste Salt
    . Pav ie bread buns
    Butter
    Oil
    Coriander leaves

    Steps

    1. Saute the onions, fennel and cumin seeds in the oil until they soften
    2. Next add the ginger and garlic pastes and the green chillies and saute for a couple of minutes
    3. Add the masala, potatoes, tomatoes and some salt, 1/4 cup of water, and cook on medium low until the potatoes has cooked a bit
    4. Finally add the frozen veggies and continue to cook on medium low
    5. Once cooked, butter the buns and toast it on a non-stick pan until it has lightly browned on both sides
    6. Garnish the gravy with coriander and serve it with the toasted buns
    7. YUM!
