Lemon Chicken

I am always on the look out for chicken recipes to go with a salad during the week. This particular recipe is just fresh and simple and flavourful. I love the lemony flavour and using chicken drumsticks or even thighs keeps the texture of the meat tender and it doesn’t dry out like if you would have used chicken breasts
