Cauliflower Mash

Did you know that a cauliflower mash is not loaded with calories like potato mash

but it actually tastes equally great! I have made this a few times at home already

and K always thinks I have made mashed potatoes. I love how light and fluffy it is

and I didn’t feel like I was missing out on my favourite mashed potatoes

Summary

    Ingredients

    1 large 1 inchs Cauliflower : head , chopped in pieces

    Steps

    1. Garlic Clove: 5 or so, depending on how intenese you want the garlic flavour
    2. Unsalted butter: 1/4 cup
    3. Milk: 1/4 cup, eyeball the amount you need to make it smooth
    4. Salt and Pepper to season
    5. Cook the cauliflower and garlic cloves until soft. Mash it along with the butter
    6. Slowly add the milk and continue mashing until it is smooth
    7. Season with salt and pepper
    8. I hope you try it out at your next meal as a substitute to mashed potatoes!
