Vegetable Pulao

Every Sunday I lay aside all the gluten free and vegan type meals, and make a nice Indian curry and serve it with some rice. I always am on the look out for different rice recipes just so I don’t serve up some yummy Indian curry with plain white rice. It does get boring after a while. I have made peas pulao in the past (click here for Peas Pulao recipe), so decided I would take it up a notch and make a Pulao with a few more veggies!

I hope you enjoy making this easy-peasy rice dish
