Stuffed Idlis

Idlis are a traditional breakfast in South Indian homes and are made out of a batter of fermented black lentils and rice. I heard of stuffed idlis a while ago, and thought it was quite interesting especially since mr.husband had not eaten it. I don’t make idlis that often in my house due to lack of time  but I try to make it cause the hubby loves them. If you are into idlis, definitely recommend making this. I made the filling quite simple cause I was trying it for the first time, but you can definitely change it to suit your liking
