Beef, Tomato and Basil Pizza

Pizzas! When I decided to make pizza for lunch, it was because we had eaten loads of Indian already with family visiting, so I decided to change it from the usual sunday tradition and make a couple of pizzas. But I didn’t want to make the usual pepperoni or sausage or ham and cheese with pineapple type …  I could order those ….This was one of the pizzas that I made for lunch. This recipe definitely is quite different from the usual and it was family approved once eaten, so had to share it with you! Give it a shot, I am sure if you are not into beef mince, you can easily substitute that :o)
