Mushroom, Spinach and Peas Pasta

Life has been incredibly busy lately, and with my work having two weeks where I’ve had Monday off hasn’t really helped. So while catching up on work and housework and health issues between the toddler and myself, the blog took a little snooze. Apologies if you were waiting for a recipe to be posted in the last week!

This recipe has been a result of a busy work week and the need to fill up that very hungry tummy

These are basic ingredients that I usually have in the pantry or the fridge/freezer and I am sure you do too. I was starving, and I was quite pleased that it didn’t take that long to make this dish

Hope you decide to opt not to get that take out this week and make this dish
