Mushroom, Olives and Capsicum Pizza

It is the middle of the week and K had to rush out of the house within an hour of getting home from work. What did that mean? no time for an elaborate sit down meal … so while I was getting D’s dinner together, I quickly made this no fuss pizza. I bought a store bought pizza base couple of days ago, so it worked out perfectly well. The veggies were from the farmers market that we go to every week

Hope your week has been going well … can you believe we are 49 days or so away from Christmas!!!! ahhhhh not too far now … have you bought your presents yet?
