Launching off the Paleo | Vegan | Gluten Free week of recipes with this super easy Chicken dish. It will fit a week night meal that doesn’t require too much kitchen type.If you prep this the night before and stick it in the fridge, after work you just need to preheat the oven and let the chicken cook. I made a salad and it was more than enough for our meal, but you can make some couscous or stir fried veggies to go along with it. I don’t follow a 100% Paleo diet, but have been including recipes here and there in the last few months.  Hope you enjoy this one!
