Sesame Ginger Salmon

With a four day weekend over easter, its been all about cooking big meals for the family. I haven’t included salmon in our meals for a real long while so thought I would make some salmon for Easter Monday lunch 🙂 I sent the dad and daughter off  to the supermarket and they returned back with a couple of fillets. I quickly got the marinade together and let the salmon fillets marinate

You can pair this dish with some flavoured rice, a salad or some bread. It has got a lot of flavour, it did not smell fishy which is good for Mr.husband 🙂 This dish is also perfect if you have guests over. It doesn’t take a lot of time or prep and they will love the flavours …. the ginger and sesame  is so so so good:)

ENJOY! this beautiful Gluten Free dish
