Indian Ginger & Cardamom Tea

Today is Tuesday! Instead of being at work and working, I am working from home AND got the 2 year old here as well, shes a bit under the weather, so she got the day off from childcare to rest and recover

The sun hasn’t been shining today, and we’ve been indoors the whole day …. As it has reached 3pm, my brain that usually requests a coffee while at work, wanted an Indian Tea since I am home. So I quickly wandered over to the kitchen and made myself a hot cup of our favourite chai that we drink every weekend

I paired it with an eccles cake (that was store bought, its a small, round cake filled with currants and made from flaky pastry with butter, sometimes topped with demerara sugar) … yummy yummy yummy
