Chicken 65

Chicken 65 is an absolute favourite amongst most Non-vegetarian Indians. Everytime we travel to India, this is either made at home or is ordered as an appetizer at a restaurant

You will not be disappointed as you take a bit of this slightly spicy, fried chicken. This is great to make at home if you are hosting folks for a snacky meal, a full meal. or a party. I have also heard this goes great with beer, I don’t drink it, so I personally wouldn’t know! LOL … The frying probably is the major part of the cooking in this, making the sauce is really quick

I made this to take over to my friends place where we had dinner. The general impression seemed positive LOL. I’ve got some hosting plans in June, and have this on the menu as an appetizer! Can’t wait to make it again!
