Summary

    Ingredients

pack of 1 store bough lo mein noodles or linguini
    4 cups chopped veggies
    1 tbsp worth grated ginger
    1 tbsp garlic paste
    1 medium sized onion clicked
    1 cup bean sprouts
    1/4 cup oyster sauce
    2 tbsps soy sauce
    1 tbsp canola oil
    1 – 2 tbsps sesame oil
    to taste Salt and pepper
Freshly chopped spring onion for garnish

    Steps

    1. The lo mein noodles I bought were fresh noodles, so I just put them in a bowl of hot water and it was fine… If you are using dry noodles, cook them in some boiling first. Once cooked, toss  it with a tbsp worth of sesame oil and set aside
    2. Heat some oil in a wok, once hot add the onions ginger and garlic
    3. After the onions get soft, add the veggies and let it cook through. Add all the veggies you like. When the veggies are almost cooked through, add the bean sprouts
    4. Finally the oyster and soy sauce and the noodles go in. Gently toss to combine
    5. A fried egg goes well with this
