Baked Sweet Chilli Chicken Nibbles

Chicken nibbles are such a family favorite. I am always trying various variations to make chicken nibbles, these are perfect for a week night meal paired with a salad or mashed potatoes, these are also perfect for a potluck meal. This recipe has sweet chilli sauce but its actually quite kid friendly, add a bit more or less depending on your kids’ taste buds.The nibbles are crunchy on the outside once out of the oven and once tossed in some sweet chilli sauce are just absolutely heavenly!



  • Chicken nibbles
  • 3-4 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp garlic salt or 4 mashed garlic cloves
  • 1/2 cup sweet chilli sauce
  • White Sesame seeds for garnish
Marinate the chicken nibbles in salt, pepper, olive oil. I have mentioned garlic salt or mashed garlic, depending on whichever you have, add it to the nibbles. (The garlic salt I used is from master foods)
Marinate overnight or for a couple of hours.  If you like to prep food before hand, stick it in the freezer and pull it out when you want to cook.
Preheat the oven to 180c.
Cook until the nibbles are cooked through, are crispy and golden brown.
Toss the chicken nibbles through the sweet chilli sauce. I have mentioned 1/2 cup, use more or less of the sauce. Just make sure it’s well coated.
Transfer to a serving plate and garnish with white sesame seeds
